Today’s episode Ian speaks with Mitch Russo who worked directly with Tony Robinson and is the current CEO of MyPowerTribe.com. He shares his wonderful story of how he was able to rise and form this company and how he also is a coach to other business owners that provides resources and tips on how they can expand and grow their businesses. He explains his story of how he formed a rock band back in high school and soon as he was obtaining gigs that he was asking the mom’s that were hiring them if they can write how great they were as the form of testimonials.  He goes in depth of how lessons and a set of guidelines are the foundation for building a business.

“Years later, when I started my software company, much of what I was doing were the lessons I learned in building my band”

Mitch describes the value of lessons. He mentions a quote from American Philosopher Kernel Sanders  “We do chicken right”  which is do one thing and do it really well. He also touches on mind mapping and how helpful it is to show a client all the roadmaps of what will make them successful in their business which he reiterates this is what accountability does.
